Penn Square Developer and Owner Ron Starr and Co-Owner Fiona Hew-wing, joined by Real Housewives of Atlanta’s star, Phaedra Parks, Thadeus Kirkland, and other esteemed guests, officially ushered the attendees into the cozy and inviting space of Penn Cafe.

DJ Smoove offered the soundtrack to the grand opening as attendees mingled, sipping their choice of lattes or teas, and exploring the unique menu options like Chicken & Waffles, Paninis, and Avocado Toast, the star of the day; Phaedra Parks graciously interacted with her fans. The TV personality charmed her audience.  The meet and greet added a distinct charm to the afternoon, bringing the community together and setting a warm, convivial ambiance.
